The thermosmart app has disappeared from google home. You cannot install the app via home.

It appears that you cannot access your thermostat in the Google Home app. If it wasn't removed manually, please ensure that you're signed in with the correct email address associated with your thermostat. Also, try checking for other available structures where it might be connected.

It concerns a Thermosmart thermostat not type V3. The app has disappeared from the app store, get the message can't reach the thermostat.

To clarify, do you have the Nest Thermostat? If so, what type of Nest thermostat is it? But if you're referring to a different brand of smart thermostat that was linked to your Google Home app, please tell us the specific brand.
