I cannot get my heating to turn on. The nest thermostat is telling me there is no wifi connection. I don't know what to do

Thanks for reaching out. It seems that your thermostat is not connected to Wi-Fi. Can you provide more context? Is this a new thermostat or did you move into a house with a thermostat already installed? Here's a quick start guide to help you get started.

@klbarnett, I'm sorry to hear that you couldn't control your heat due to the Wi-Fi connection issue. To better assist you, could you please tell us more about what happened? What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Also, try controlling your temperature on your actual thermostat itself and let us know how it goes.
