App won’t steam Kasa cameras

Long to connect to Kasa cameras. Accounts are fully linked. When it does connect the screen is black and shows that it’s a ‘live’ view. Google Home max connects and show the camera view if I use the touch screen but won’t stream via voice command. Please can someone tell me what the issues might be?

Thanks for posting here in the Community.

A few questions: can you stream your Kasa Cameras before via voice command? If yes, when did the issue start? Were there any recent changes made? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

If you haven't already, please go ahead and unlink then relink your Kasa Cameras from the Google Home app. Here's how: open the app > Tap the Settings > Look for Works with Google > Select Kasa > Unlink. Do the same steps to relink your devices. Once done, ask your Google Nest Hub Max to 'sync the devices' and then confirm if you can now stream via voice command.
