I am trying get Google nest/Google home app connected with my cync app so that I can use my full color cync smart bulb. Please help me!

Here's how it's supposed to work.

You get the smartthing manufacturer's app. Set up through there.

Then, in the Google Home app, there's a plus sign on the top left, click it, and you click the top "+ Set up device", then the chain link and works with google.

Type your manufacturer in, and then tap them.

The problem most have, is the Google Home app controls not working AFTER you set it up.

You tap the button. Nothing happens.

You command it off. Nothing.

But then the manufacturer's app works.
