How do I remove remove YouTube music from Google home or prevent it from ever playing on Google home speaker

You won't be able to completely remove YTM from the Google speaker but you can substitute a different music service. See: Link your music services and set your default service - Android - Google Nest Help

I did uncheck YouTube music and it still plays music on Google home speaker YouTube should have really thought YouTube music over before it was released
