Just updated Google Home app and Automations feature becomes unavailable

Hi, I've been using Routines/Automations for many years before.

Today, Google Home app updated automatically to the version 3.0.1.9 (for Android) and it says that Automations feature isn't available in my language. My Google account and phone have been set to region of Vietnam and English for years and nothing changed recently.

Automations is the core feature of Google Home app to me. I don't understand why it suddently becomes unavailable to me.

After some hours, it appears again itself.
