Mi Home Mop 2 Pro+

Hi, I bought Xiaomi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Pro+ and couldn't link it to my Home App. It shows an option to 'Connect Mi Home', and I tried to link it manually through 'Set up Device' and I always come to this message:

'No Compatible devices were found in your Mi Home account

You may need to set up these devices with Mi Home first. If you already have set up devices, they may not support Google Home. In other cases, devices may not be available due to a temporary error. Please wait a few minutes and try again.'

I can normally use Mi Home App to run the cleaner and have successfully linked my Google Nest to Home App. All devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi.

Please advise

The Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Pro isn't compatible with Google Home / Google Assistant, which is why that isn't working.
