Cannot see Smart Life Devices in Google Home

Hello, First I apologise for my bad english. I have a Google Home mini and set up Google Home. I have the Smart Life App and the Tuya Smart App. In Smart Life and in Tuya Smart App I have created accounts. First in Smart Life I connected the heater thermostat. In Google Home I connected the Smart Life and authorized it. In Google Home I got the confirmation banner but the in Smart Life linked thermostat doesnt appear in Google Home. I reinstalled Google Home and Smart Life and deauthorized and authorized Smart Life in Google many times but nothing worked. I connected the thermostat in tuya App and did the same steps like I did in smart Life and again nothing worked.

So in conclusion:

The thermostat which I linked in Smart Life doesnt appear in Google Home.

please help me, I did everything several times, reconnect, disconnect, authorized, deauthorized, deleted, installed again and and and…

for any help I would be very very happy…

What brand and model of thermostat is it? Does the manufacturer or Smart Life list it as compatible with Google Home?

Hello davidking, thank you for your reply. I have an iPhone XR with iOS 16.5. The brand of the thermostat is swissbrands. The model is RT2203BT radiator thermostat. In the manuals it says it is linkable with Google Home. I followed every step in the manuals and every online tutorials but after I link Smart Life with Google home only a confirmation banner appears and thats it. No device choosing is possible.

That thermostat is a Bluetooth thermostat, so I would strongly suspect that not to be the case as Google Home typically controls smart devices, such as thermostats using Wi-Fi, not Bluetooth. I also wasn't able to find anything online that mentions that thermostat model and Google Home support.

on the package of the Thermostat there was the sign „works with hey Google“ and in the manuals there are instructions how to connect this thermostat and the App to Google Home. But sadly with no succes.
