Setting Differs from Temp Screen

From the APP on Pixel 7 Pro; set for COOL, however my temperature screen displays HEAT.

I've deleted/added NEST APP.

Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. I know it's been a while now. I'd love to know more about it. What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can visit this link to check what type of thermostat you have. Is it doing the same thing in the actual thermostat device? Could you please share with us the screenshot of what it looks like in the Nest app?
