Google Home and Nest is complete garbage

I am so f*cking sick and tired of dealing with Google Home and Nest. I woke up late for work because this garbage Nest Hub second gen. didn't wake me up or start my routine. I go into the Home app and all of my routines are just gone. Now I have to setup all of my routines again. Yeah f*ck that..... This is the second time it has done this. Every other week I have to change back the Google Assistant voice to my set choice because it defaults back to the default randomly. I get "sorry I don't understand" every other voice command. I was planning on ditching Google Home and Nest soon, but this just confirmed to me I need to do it sooner. You can't pay me to use anything hardware related by Google again in the future even if a gun is held to my head. F*ck it. Pull the trigger. Google is just pure and utter garbage at this point. What happened?

Thanks for reaching out. That certainly hasn’t been easy for you. Let’s check what’s going on. A few questions: when did it begin? Were there any recent changes made? Aside from creating the routine, what other steps have you taken so far?

You can reboot your Google Nest Hub (2nd gen) to refresh the device. If this did not fix it, performing a factory reset to put it back to its original state might also help. Check out this link on how to reset.

Yeah none of that **bleep** works. My nest hub second gen just rebooted itself twice in a row for no **bleep** reason. Another morning of my alarm and my routine not waking me up. Nothing that I've tried works and nothing that you suggested works like usual because it's a crappy Google product. You can lock this thread. I'm throwing all this Google home **bleep** in the trash. I refuse to buy any google product again cuz all of it is utter trash.

No more Google Home Trash in my apartment. Switched to Alexa. You mods can lock this thread.
