Edit schedule not possible

Hi there

I am not able to edit the times for a schedule for my nest cameras through the iOS app for iPhone nor iPad. I also can’t edit the times for new schedules.

when it try and edit a time, the editing UI doesn’t appear.

I am able to duplicate this for each of three cameras I have on both my iPad and iPhone. I am able edit the schedule through the home.nest.com website.

using nest app version 5.66.0 - same version on iPhone and iPad

Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help.

I understand that these issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Hi Garrett

I have removed the app and reinstalled and am now able to edit the time.

But still weird that I had the exact same issue on both my devices and on my wife’s iPhone as well.
