My new router sees the Nest Connect and I tried trouble shooting it and it checks out fine. My Nest Yale lock constantly will go offline after resetting and re adding it to my account. The lock will stay online for about 90 - 120 min then it goes offline. I have factory reset it 2 times now and added it back to my account each time. I have replaced the batteries and moved the Nest connect to where it is about 3 feet from the lock with nothing blocking it's line of sight.
