Best app freezing during setup

I’m trying to set up my thermostat on the app and every time I press the location of the thermostat, it freezes up and I cannot continue. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app but it does the same thing. I’ve also made sure I have the latest version. Help please!

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. I'm sorry for the delay. I know it's been a while already. Please try the setup again, and once the app freezes up, wait for at least 5 minutes for the page to go through.
