Nest Cameras no notifications

All the sudden since the last update on my wife's and my pixel phone we aren't getting any notifications from our nest cameras. I have tried all previous solutions, making sure the battery optimization was off for both home and nest app and all notifications were set to on. It seems google sucks at rolling out working android updates?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries; we'll check this out. Just a few questions: aside from your phone and your wife’s phone, is it also happening to a different phone, like one of your family members who has access to the camera? Have you checked if the notification in the app settings is on?
