      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is an issue on Google's website that is not letting me purchase a Nest Aware subscription on one of my homes (even though I had one previously), and I keep getting transferred back and forth between Nest Support and Google Store saying it is the other departments problem.&amp;nbsp;Is there any way I can get this escalated?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Original case:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;3-6783000035105&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Last case:&amp;nbsp;0-7068000034441&lt;/P&gt;</description>
