Paused my device by mistake

Hello,

So I was trying to limit my daughter's online access by pausing her device, but I paused all devices by mistake, now I can't add my phone back. I cant't access the app to turn it back on. Can I access my settings from my laptop?

If you've accidentally paused the device that you use to access the Google Home app, below are a few ways to get your device back online:

If you’re on a device with a data plan, turn off your phone’s Wi-Fi and use your data to access the Google Home app. Then reopen the app and unpause your device.
If you have access to another device with the Google Home app installed, unpause your device from there.
Tether a Wi-Fi connection from a phone or hotspot in your house and connect your device to it. Then reopen the app to unpause your device.
Find another location with available Wi-Fi to connect and unpause your device.
