I started a thread last week which @Alex_S was helping me on. I was send a form to complete last Friday but I've heard nothing further at all. Is there a way of contacting @Alex_S to see how to progress. Sorry for starting another thread

Thank you Kimy. I guess my only question is how long this might take? Initial responses were really quick but I am really stuck until I can resolve this issue....
