Chromecast placement name

I have two devices that were selected for "Family Home" area when setting them up. I want to differentiate them by changing the location I selected to something else like Kitchen but when I tap on the device tile and the 3 dot setting to go to Device Settings, nothing like change home or change placement appear. It's just blank and say device settings. How do I fix this? I want to be able to cast to the device without mixing them up.

Hi Jkiddin10,

Thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. A few questions: are you using a dual-band router? If yes, are they both connected to the same Wi-Fi? If not, make sure that your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the Google Home device. Do you have another phone or tablet? Try using a different device and check if you can access the device’s settings.
