Lorex camera not streaming on Nest 2nd gen

Hello,

I have Lorex cameras installed in 2 different properties. The Nest 2nd gen hub is able to stream one location but does not display the camera on the other location. It just displays a black screen with display “lorex camera”. Could this be a compatibility issue with the newer camera/NVR? The google home app is displaying all cameras perfectly.

Thanks for reaching out. A few questions: did it work before? If so, were there any recent changes made? What steps have you taken so far?

Try to refresh your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen. Unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Observe if it makes a difference.
