https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Apps-Account/Home-Away-Presence-Settings/m-p/547923#M26279 <P>Hi</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>When setting up a new home, I cant get Home/Away presence settings to enable for both people.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I get both people into the app and can both see device and turn on/off etc. However, whoever is the first to set up home/away, it works...&nbsp;</P><P>Whoever then goes 2nd into their app to set up Home/Away it says "Something went wrong, cant set your current phone location" and "Something went wrong, phone based presence settings arent currently available"</P><P>I've tried all the usual stuff, starting a new home etc, removing device.
