If you want suggestions from other customers in this community forum (I'm just another customer), can you share some specific details on what you mean by "can't connect to Nest app"?

@Home25, yikes! Are you located in North America or Europe? And could you tell us more about the Nest device you're trying to connect to the Nest app and what error you're getting as you try to connect the device to the app?
