Google Home Ambient Mode Not Working

Hello! I am trying to use ambient mode on my Chromecast for my apartment, but I'm running into some issues.

1. The first is that I can't access ambient mode at all. I open Google Home, and click on my Chromecast device, but when I click "Ambient Mode Setting" it brings me to a blank page called Device Settings that never loads or shows anything.

2. From a reddit thread from a few years ago, someone had success fixing that exact issue when they moved their Chromecast to another 'room' in the house. But I can't do that, because from the way it sounds, you need to click on the setting icon gear to move it to another room and there is no icon for me - just 3 dots that have 'Ambient mode settings', 'Help', and 'Feedback'.

If anyone has run into this issue or has any tips I'd appreciate it. I just installed Google Home, my Pixel is newly updated with Andriod 14 and I'm using a Pixel 6a phone.

If no one has any ideas, does anyone know what support I should contact? Is there a specific spot for Google Home support?
