Govee led lights offline

I have been using my Govee strip lights with my app, however they have stopped working and show offline, I have unlinked and re connected still show offline, I have removed completely and added again however same happens.

Have same issues with 2 sets of Goved led strip lights

Any suggestions

Hi John,

Thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. Can you control your Govee strip lights from its native app? Do you have household members in the Google Home app? Try these steps:

Go to Third-party apps & services from your Google Account > Remove Govee's access.
Clear the app cache. Open your phone’s Settings > Apps > Select the Google Home app (and the Govee app) > Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
Force close and reopen the Google Home app, then link Govee again.
If the issue persists, create a new home and then link Govee.
