Were there any recent changes made? Are they getting the same message when they use their phone’s Google Assistant? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Try to refresh your devices and observe if it makes a difference. First, reboot your Wi-Fi router, and once the network is back up, do the same thing to your Google Nest speakers and lights.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Family members unable to control lights</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a number of smart plugs around the house mostly connected to lights. We have been controlling them using Google nest devices but in the last week it has stopped working for other family members.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It still works for me (I setup the devices and the Google home app) but the best devices say "sorry I couldn't reach&amp;nbsp; 'service name' "&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
