https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Apps-Account/Roborock-vacuum-and-U-tec-lock-disappeared-from-Google-Home/m-p/573284#M27312 <P>Over the last two weeks I successfully added a Roborock home vacuum robot and a U-tec Smart Lock to Home and was able to control and communicate with them.</P><P>Now they both show as "offline" in the Home app. If I try to unlink them to try and re-add them, both the Roborock and U-tec services are not shown in my list of Linked Services, so I can't even remove the devices.</P><P>If I try to re-add the services I get an error "No compatible devices were found in your Roborock / U-tec account"</P><P>I'm stuck. I can't go forward and can't go back. This is very frustrating. Where can I go for support?
