Every time I try and link the Disney + account with it, I log in and choose my profile and then it returns to the home app and says something went wrong. I’ve seen a couple of threads that say to reset to factory settings - but it’s already brand new. I’ve tried with my husband’s phone and it does the same thing - I was reading about deleting disney app and he doesn’t have the Disney + app on his phone so went to the online browser.
