I can’t connect my gmail account. I need to start a whole new account. I’ve tried for 3 days now. The house was getting cold so we had to connect it to my sons iPhone. I need to get it on my phone

This is a Google Nest community forum that generally does not address access problems with Google Accounts. You could try the Google Account Help forum here: https://support.google.com/accounts
