If you have already set up devices, they may not support Google Home. In other cases, devices may not be available due to a temporary error. Please wait a few minutes and try again."

I've tried to connect through home app// settings// works with Google//Roku.

Please let me know if there's an alternative way.

Thanks

Hi Andrex9219,

Apologies for the late response. Let’s get this sorted out. What country are you in? Also, what is the software version of your Roku? You can find the software version by visiting Settings > System > About.

Regards,
Alex

Hi there,

Got it. Can you control your Hisense Roku TV in the Roku app? Also, is your Hisense Roku TV connected to the same Wi-Fi as your Google Nest Hub? Try doing these troubleshooting steps:

Reboot your router, Hisense Roku TV, and Google Nest Hub.

Uninstall and reinstall both the Google Home app and the Roku app. Login back to your account. Skip the prompts you’ll see in the Google Home app. It will sync your devices after a few minutes.

Try linking your Roku account once more.

Let me know how it goes.

Best,
Alex
