Solved: Solution to Google Nest Notification Sounds on iPhone

iOS 17 uses a default sound notification (Rebound) which is soft and therefore not a very useful alert for a doorbell or camera. This sound can be changed by going into:

Settings / Sounds & Haptics / Default Alerts

There are over 50 sounds from which to choose including those buried in the Classic category.

Hopefully this solution solves the problem for those people who are not too happy with the default notification sound. The ideal solution would be if the Google Home app allowed us to choose a sound that is specific to the app.
