Google Home app and Nest app can't both use my phone for presence sensing. Connecting one disconnects the other. Completely wrecks routines and presence sensing for home/away

I'm sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to help. I understand that there is some confusion around presence sensing and trying to use the 2 different apps, but I'm happy to help.

First, would you mind answering a some questions for me.

What devices are you trying to use presence sensing with?
What troubleshooting steps have you taken to try and fix this?

We may need to migrate your Google account to Nest so that it doesn't disconnect the other.
