My app logged me out and I can’t log back in. I’ve tried resetting my password but it won’t send the email

We have to log back into the Google Nest app from time to time.

The most common reason for being unable to log back in and not getting a reset password email is if you are inadvertently using the wrong username/email.

@brandon_ortega, thanks for reaching out to the Community. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your account password. While we don’t support retrieving your Google password, we can point you in the right direction.

If you have a non-migrated Nest account, follow this guide to change or reset your Nest account password.
On the other hand, if you have a migrated Google account, our friends at the Google Account Help Community are the perfect folks to help you with it.
