Log in verification

Tried to log into nest app and got message it needed to verify my identity and that a code had been sent to my email. No code ever arrived. Tried it repeatedly and cannot access either with app or via PC on nest website. Login is accepted but verifying code is never sent.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your account password. While we don’t support retrieving your Google password, we can point you in the right direction.

If you have a non-migrated Nest account, follow this guide to change or reset your Nest account password.
On the other hand, if you have a migrated Google account, our friends at the Google Account Help Community are the perfect folks to help you with it.
