Google Home App - Automations - Bulb Colour Change "Transition"

I previously used a bluetooth bulb (Kasa Veho) a few years back and it had a lovely transition from one colour to another that could be adjusted from 1 min to 60 mins. It meant that in the PM you could flow from an evening light to late night (softer tone and brightness - or in my case deep red) shade and almost not notice the transition if it were 60 mins.
Is there any way to replicate this via Google Home?

By making a scene in the bulb manufacturer's app it should then show up in Google Home app ...Automations...Add Action... Adjust Home Devices....scroll right down to the bottom.
