Can’t add a Guest to Family & Guests in the Nest app

I need to add guest access to my Nest x Yale Locks for a short term rental in the Nest app. However, I’m not able to add a guest to “Family & Guests” in the Nest app. After I enter a guest name, the app shows a message saying “Something went wrong. Please try again” or the app locks up. Tried adding a guest through home.nest.com browser app, but the ‘add guest’ is no longer available.

The reason is that Nest X Yale is not supported in Nest app anymore. Switch to Google Home to setup Guest access. Hope this helps!

The Google Home app only supports inviting Managers )not Guests) which provides them full access and control of the home. I need to set temp keypad access only.
