    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I cannot get past the two factor authentication on my app as it is trying to sent a message to my my landline which it cannot do.&amp;nbsp; I have tried to change it to call the phone but it always defaults back to trying to send a message.&amp;nbsp; Very frustrating.&amp;nbsp; Any help appreciated!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you're referring to a legacy Nest account, if&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;you can’t regain access to your phone number or email, you’ll have to factory reset your Nest and/or Google Home products, and then add them back to the app using a new account.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
