It's been almost 4 months without a resolution. I originally contacted Sirius XM and after lengthy discussions with them, I discovered that the issue rested with Google. This is because Sirius XM works with Alexa, but some how doesn't work with Google Nest. I tried communicating with Google on several occasion and have not gotten anywhere. I'm at the point where I think I'm going to abandon my Google Nest system and switch to Alexa since Google doesn't seem to care that this issue is resolved.
