Google Nest Doorbell hard wired does not let me pick the ring tone and replies

I have a Google nest doorbell and a subscription for this, but it won’t let me pick a ringtone and also it doesn’t reply with a message if I’m unable to get to the door.

Your post says "Nest App", which would indicate a 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbell. We have 3 Nest Hellos, and we only have access to doorbell ringtones (themes) around certain holidays.
