Can you change your password in the Google Nest app?

The most likely reason for not receiving a password reset email is that you are inadvertently using the wrong email address, one that's not in Google Nest's records.

I can't tell whether you're trying to change your Nest Account password (for a non-migrated account), which is covered by the link I provided, or your Google Account password. If it's the latter, see: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/41078.
