Problem with "Works" with Home" devices

With the last few releases of the Google Home app, my LG devices (5 aircons and 1 TV) cannot be controlled from the app, although I can control them from the LG app ThinQ. I unlinked the devices and added them back in - still no control.

Does the problem only affect the device control interfaces on the Home app?

Have you already sent feedback in the Home app reporting the problem?

Thank you for your response. Yes voice commands work for the air conditioners. The TV works sometimes with voice commands. I have sent feedback via the Home App, but have not received any response.

So, you said that you have already tried disconnecting the LG - Google Home integration and then connecting it again but the problem persists.

It seems unusual, because as you say, voice commands work but in App Home you no longer see the management interfaces by clicking on the device icons.

Possibly you could also try reconfiguring the individual devices in the LG app...

Although I don't know if there could be a solution...

In addition to Google Home feedback, check whether there is a feedback function in the LG app too, so you can report the problem.
