Nest error code migrating over to Google

I have gotten to the spot in the migration “Works With Nest” and I get an error “Opps! We’ve encountered an error. Please try again.” I did as there was a previous thread, but it still will not migrate over. I am using the Google Home App not the Nest.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

What is it that you are trying to migrate? The only Google Nest migration processes I'm aware of are migrating from a Nest Account to a Google Account (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9297676), but you say you are using the Google Home app and not the Google Nest app, and migrating the Google Wi-Fi app to to the Google Home app (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9547597).

I must of misread something I thought I was to use the Google Home. Google Nest

must be the same as the Nest but logging in with your Google account. But I don’t have a code for it.

I am more confused. I really don't know what you're trying to do. I see that you mentioned "Works with Nest". Google Nest discontinued "Works with Nest" back on Sept. 29, 2023:
