Nest app notifications

Why is nest picking and choosing which notifications to alert me about? It doesn't show me all motion or people that come into my driveway even though the zones are set up correctly. Push notifications are on and its set to send at all times.

Thanks for posting on the community page. Sorry to hear you're not receiving notifications from your Nest cameras. Let's work together to get this fixed. To help me with that, a few questions:

What type of nest camera do you have?
How many cameras do you have?
Is the device detecting events?
Have you tried to check if you receive notification on another phone?

Here are some things you can check:

Ensure you're using the latest version of the Nest app
Make sure the notification settings on the app are on
Make sure the notification settings on your phone are on
