    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a perfectly functioning Google Nest WiFi network at my home. &amp;nbsp;I hadn’t looked at my Google Home app in quite some time. Now that I plan to add a couple additional points, of course I need to use the app to do so. &amp;nbsp;When trying to log in to the app, I choose my google account on the initial “Confirm Account” screen, I then choose “I Agree” and the app immediately takes me to an error screen showing a dropped ice cream cone image and an error message that just says “Cancelled.”&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Again, there are no connection issues to my network on any devices. &amp;nbsp;I’ve disconnected and reconnected my cable modem and Nest router, and everything is fine…I just can’t authenticate into the Google Home app. &amp;nbsp;Thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Solved.&amp;nbsp; The issue was that when VPN is active on iPhone, Google Home can't find the home network and displays the "cancelled" error message.&amp;nbsp; Toggle off the VPN and it works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
