home away assist broken since 22nd june 24

home app v3.18.1.4 home/away presence sending stopped working on friday night. switching to nest v5.76.0.8 works fine but same handset using home to switch fails

all other geofencing works. kasa. tuya. rven google smart lock by location. nest app works

google home app backend broken (another yntested gms release?) it was fine on friday

issue persists. a badly coded completely untested gms release is responsible. again.
