Hello @wan00823

Thanks for reaching out to our Nest Community about your Nest WiFi. I apologize for all the inconvenience. Don't worry, I'm here to help you with that.

I completely understand your situation. Unfortunately, there is no way to delete this list manually; normally, after a period of time offline, the device disappears from this list. If you prefer, you can perform a Factory Reset on your Nest WiFi and set up the device again.

Feel free to keep us posted about your situation. I will do my best to find a solution for you.

Best regards,

Thanks for the response.

I've had the Nest Wifi set for the last 1 1/2 years, and this does not happen: "after a period of time offline, the device disappears from this list."

I have a 3 unit mesh, did you mean to factory reset all three ?

Regards,

David

Hi there!

I understand you're experiencing issues with unnamed devices on your Google Nest Wifi network. To resolve this, we recommend performing a factory reset on your router.

I know this might sound like a big step, but it's often the most effective way to clear up any network glitches and start fresh. Please note that this will erase all your current network settings, so it's important to have your Wi-Fi network name and password ready.

Regards,

Brandon.
