      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a new phone and I transfered all my apps to my new phone. Now when I log in to the nest app, none of my devices are there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I uninstalled and reinstalled the nest app and still no devices.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HELP!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have done exactly as you are saying and nothing. I'm not using google home. I am using the Nest App.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/591182"&gt;@Eleighne1&lt;/a&gt;and &lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/275964"&gt;@Leibel&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In our household, we have upgraded phones a couple of times, and had to do nothing more than log onto the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Nest app&lt;/STRONG&gt; on the new phone using the exact same username and password used to log into the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Nest app&lt;/STRONG&gt; on the old phone, and access the same Google Nest "&lt;EM&gt;home/structure&lt;/EM&gt;" we were previously accessing (we have only one).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot think of any reason other than an incorrect login that would cause you to not have access to your Google Nest devices in your Google Nest "&lt;EM&gt;home/structure&lt;/EM&gt;".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But you could try contacting &lt;STRONG&gt;Support&lt;/STRONG&gt;:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Go to &lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Next&lt;/STRONG&gt;".&lt;BR /&gt;3. Click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Other&lt;/STRONG&gt;", then click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Next step&lt;/STRONG&gt;".&lt;BR /&gt;4. Under "&lt;STRONG&gt;Resources&lt;/STRONG&gt;", just click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Next step&lt;/STRONG&gt;". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)&lt;BR /&gt;5. Under "&lt;STRONG&gt;Contact options&lt;/STRONG&gt;", choose to get a &lt;STRONG&gt;phone call&lt;/STRONG&gt; or &lt;STRONG&gt;chat&lt;/STRONG&gt; with the team, depending on availability in your country.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I figured out my problem. I kept logging in to the app using my nest login. I then took a chance and logged in with my google login and every thing is back to normal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just for an explanation of my initial concerns. I was worried that if I logged in with the google account, I would ultimately be migrating my devices. I did NOT want to do that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
