entrematic smart connect integration

Hello a few days ago entrematic smart connect integration stopped working . As a result i can't open the garage doors through google home. It works fine from their app
The issue looks like that the company changed their company url

from https://entrematic-smart-connect.com/

to https://entrematic-smartconnect.com/

So whenever i try to use it from google home i get an error that it cannot reach entrematic smart connect.

I cannot recconect the account from google home because it tries to use the old url and gets a 500 error.

In case of these kind of errors where can i submit the issue?

Thank you for providing such detailed information. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us address this issue. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Unlink devices

Make sure your devices are powered on.
Open the Google Home app
Tap Settings, then select Works with Google Home .
Under Linked services, tap the devices you want to disconnect, then select the Unlink account.
Tap Unlink to confirm your choice.

You can’t unlink individual devices with the Google Home app. When you unlink a service through these steps, it removes all devices by that service. If you want to unlink an individual device, remove the device from the device maker’s app then sync your devices with Google Home.

When you unlink a device from a home:

It disconnects the device for all members of the home
It unlinks the device from your Google Account

2. Connect smart home devices in the Google Home app

Open the Google Home app .
Tap Devices icon, then tap in the Add symbol ( ) then select the option “Works with Google Home”.
Select the device maker from the list.
To complete the setup, follow the in-app steps.
