Unlinked Schlage lock from Google Home, now cannot relink

I installed a Schlage Encode Plus bolt and then linked it to Google Home by adding device > Works with Google > Schlage Home. It worked fine.

I then installed a Schlage Encode lever and it didn't show up in Google Home. I removed the Encode Plus bolt from Google Home and tried to re-link Schlage Home but it keeps failing.

At first, when re-linking and logging into my Schlage Home account, it says "Schlage Home is linked." But the rotating circle keeps rotating next to Schlage Home and after awhile it gives me the error "Something went wrong. Try again."

I've tried reinstalling the Google Home app, the Google Assistant app, and the Schlage Home app and restarting my phone. Tried relinking through both the Google Assistant app and the Google Home app but both get the same error.

I also tried adding it through Google Home on an Android phone and it doesn't work. It will say "Linking your Schlage Home account" and after thinking for awhile "Could not reach Schlage Home. Please try again."

Can confirm, worked with Schlage company. Reset Apps, locks, phones. Unlinked and and attempted to relink. Issues persisted.

Guess it's a Schlage issue

Need a Matter lock ASAP. Don't want to rely on any company's servers (except Google's, I guess)
