Nest x Yale Lock

Hello.

I am the owner of Nest x Yale Lock from 2018. I never received an email from Google with instructions on how to claim a free Nest Connect to replace my Nest Bridge.

Now my lock is offline and I don't what to do at this point. Can you help how to bring my lock it back online?
