How to make Google Drive accessible its path

I have an app, but no website. I would like to know how to access Google Drive like a hard drive. My the app that I want to use is SmartvCard.Com, but I must first upload the data files to a web-based host, like Hostinger.Com. I would prefer the files and data to be on Google Drive if possible.

It would be great if someone looked into SmartvCard.Com to guide me along...
