Is Google trying to ruin everything SMART on purpose?

I have a few smart devices set up in My Home App, 2 are Android Tv with Chromecast built-in, 1 in my room and the other in the basement, and every time I attemp to cast either one they do not appear available. My Nest Smart Display and a Smart Light Bulb are always shown in the My Home App, but not my tvs.
